Shutdown is not working

Hi...
I have a new Celeron 2,6GHz which is not switching off, it just shuts down. OS is NT4.0. At the "old" PCs we used "Desk Off" and it worked. Is there a trick or is the Hardware to new for NT4?

Not certain I understand the question. If you mean because of the new power supply/motherboard atx. And you have to manually push the power button.....
