Right click on the folder. Sharing Shared As Share Name Set Permissions OK
Make sure the users have file permissions as well as share permissions.

Do I do these actions on the server (not client machine) ? Because on my machine, I do not have P drive. My computer shares P drive from other computer.
Thanks,

You first have to set up the folder for sharing. So, you'd do that on the machine that contains the folder you wish to share.
Then, you map the drive from the machine you wish to use to connect to the shared folder.
