Can't be done on a workstation OS, you will only be able to connect up to 10 at a time. You will need a server operating system to connect more than 10 at a time.

thanks ur replay, actually i have one program and have a folder supporting my program, i share this folder to my all other users, this users r working this share folder 24 hours, some time some users automaticaly loose connection with this share folder, i want to sole this problam, i hope u understand my problam,do u know in market have any program available for solving this problam

If they are loosing the connection, then you have other problems you need to resolve first. Are they mapping a permanent connection in Explorer? As far as having more ten 10 people connect at a time, it can't be done with a workstation OS. You would need to install a server OS like Windows 2003 or 2008 server.

halo sir, i want to change FAT to NTFS, i forget that command to changing fat to ntfs,
