In DHCP manager or wherever can I setup DHCP to ping the IP address before it lease the address.

I know this is supposed to be done but I can not find it.

Thanks

I found it. What this does is if DHCP can ping the IP address it will not lease it. I have been having some problems (long story) with DHCP trying to lease IP address that are already in use. This is a temporary fix until I can figure out waht is going on.

I am at SP5 already...

Thanks anyways...
