Setting up printer on second BDC

I'm replacing my old BDC but I need to setup the printer that is installed on the old BDC. The printer is an HP Laserjet 5M and the old BDc is running NT 3.51. The printer runs off an IP address. The new BDC is using NT 4 SP6. I've tried using the DLC Protocol and the Microsoft TCP/IP Printing service but haven't had any luck with either. I could be setting either of them up wrong, so any hints would be appreciated, or any other suggestions would be great.

You should install HP Jetdirect software on your NT server (available from hp.com) . Then when you add the printer , change the port type to 'HP jetdirect'. This will then give you the oppurtunity to add the IP address.
