Hi There,

I need to be able to access my corporate intranet using a friendly name such as http://intranet as opposed to the computer's netbios name. Does anyone know what I need to do in DNS in order for this to work?

Any info appreciated!
Neile

Hi - You need to set up a server with dns manager service and add an alias for the ip address of your intranet site, check these links;
