Comment:

I have an NT 4 server that I want to use as a bridge between two seperate ethernet networks. I have a two NICs in the machine, but an not sure how to setup the bridge (I don't want it to act as a router). I hope setting this up is pretty straight foward. If not, is there some site that describes how to setup one up (I haven't been able to find one)?

I think you need XP or 2003 to do it this way.
