Setting Profile storage space

In NT4 Tml Server, where do you set the profile storage space for each user, and how do you adjust it? I am sitting in for a sick system mgr (the manager is sick, not the system...) and some of the users are bumping into their limits. Advice appreciated, thanks!

It's set in the policy editor (poledit)
