I want to access serial ports under NT in a small application written in visual C++, i have previously done this using inp() & outp() functions (accessing the low level registers and writing my own interrupt handler). This cant be done under NT / Visual C++. I have been told it can be done using the WIN32 API but i cant find any information on this.
