Send on behalf of... (Exchange)

Hi there,
I have a shared global mailbox in Exchange and some users have permissions to access it. Now I would like that when such a user replies to a message contained by the global mailbox, not his/her and e-mailaddress is displayed but the name and e-mailaddress of the company (global) mailbox.
I understand that this can be done with the "Send on behalf of" option in the mailbox properties, but how do I do this? I do not really understand how to use this.

Firstly you need to ensure that the user that is sending this(on behalf of message) has full permissions to the mailbox in question. then when sending the message you need to ensure ; via the view option that the from field is available and the simply click on it and select the apropriate email account. this will then send the message from the current user but on behalf on the selected account ie. joe bloggs on behalf of "mailbox"
hope thats what you wanted
