script to convert uppercase to lower cas

I need to write a script to convert all occurences of UPPER case to lower case in an existing script. I am unfamiliar with how to do this and any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Check out the tsbat67.zip file at this website: http://garbo.uwasa.fi/pc/ts.html It has instructions on how to convert the other way so it might give you a head start. Good luck
