Under c:\Wtsrv\profiles you have a personalised desktop folder for each user.
Application icons that are accessed by all users are located under c:\wtsrv\profiles\All users\desktop folder.
If you create a shortcut in the c:\Wtsrv\profiles\administrator\Desktop folder, you can views the task manager icon only if you log on as “Administrator”.
