The import/export options are not highlighted in Photoshop. We moved some Twain files around to try & solve why the scan wouldn't complete--ALSO A PROBLEM--and now we don't even have the options highlighted. I think it's a location of files matter in Photoshop preferences AND Windows NT, but I don't know what file goes where. HELP!!!

Regarding original question, options are now highlighted, we reloaded Photoshop. However, STILL having problems--error "Could not complete the import command because of a problem with the scanner" continues to come up, can't figure out why.

Biggest issue with Photoshop in NT is you MUST install all Adobe products as an Administrator...Even with that there are still issues that require "tinkering" in the registry to get everything working correctly...Adobe has a wounderful "KnowledgeBase" of info on their website...there are literaly thousands of issues and remedies but you have to do a lot of looking...If you did not install Photoshop with Administrative rights, I suggest you completely remove Photoshop and re-install with Admin rights...If the problem persists, then to to Adobe and search the KnowledgeBase...Sorry I can't be more specific...Good Luck Steve

I have a Mustek 600 111 EP Plus Scanner. When I try to scan a picture it will only pre scan then freeze up when I try to scan it. I'm not sure, but I think the problem started when I installed my Digital Camera. If anyone can offer help I would greatly appreciate it. Please feel free to email me at MiseryLsCo@aol.com. Thanks ahead of time, Pammy
