When I tried to boot it's ended up with a blue screen and a memory dump!
How do you prompt cmd to run chkdsk/r?
I know very little about computers!

start by selecting the 2nd choice down in the boot menu. VGA mode is NT's safe mode.

You never mentioned what may have changed before the blue screen.

You will want to write down and post the blue screen error for further troubleshooting.
