Run MS Access (mdb) from AT Command

Am using Windows NT Ver. 4.0 , and am scheduling an AT command a dos prompt to run an mdb, The task manager show that msaccess is started but the process does not end.
Have given a macros (autoexec) in the mdb and a quit statment in the macro
I cannot endtask the msaccess from taskmanager have to give a kill command from dos prompt only
How do i schedule the mdb from at.?

The AT command is history, try using the task scheduler which should be present if you've installed IE5.
