I am missing the RUN COMMAND OPTION under the START menu in NT 4.0 Workstation. Does anyone know how to get the RUN prompt back? Thanks for your help!

you will usually find that it has been set by the Administrator of the domain you are logging into, under policies....

So talk to your admin as to why you can't

Polices is the only way you can achieve this, besides you going in and doing registry hacks
