I would appreciate if some one give me a web address where I can download that driver.

I FOUND A FILE ON A DRIVER SUPPORT PAGE the Address is www.secure-server-centre.com/pub/modem/xl/hcf.zip
This is a support page for Premier Modems and the discription says fcc id:52pt-3511 so check it out if you still need to try something for the modem you are trying to get working
