Robocopy permissions problem

Hi All, We are using Robocopy to copy a template folder with its subfolders and NTFS permsissions. The renamed copy and its subfolders are for holding all data relevant to a new project. I am in the Domain Admins group and can copy the folder just fine. The problem is that one of the managers who is testing this process can only create the top level folder. He gets a permission denied error in Robocopy on all the subfolders. He has full control on the main folder as well as the template. There will be several people that will be creating these folders and we really don't want to add them all to the Domain Admins group :-). Any ideas?
