return email address incorrect

Hmm posted this a minute ago but it's not appearing so i'm reposting
I have a problem with one user when sending emails his email return address is not correct.
I've checked this under exchange properties and it is correct there, but the incorrect address he is sending out is nowhere to be seen.
I've tried changing the email address for him but this doesn't work either
