We are a point of sale vendor and one of our clients has lost their NT 4.0 Workstation CD. How can I obtain a replacement CD at no or minimal cost?

You can do one of three things:

Check for computer shows, outlets, and stores that have used equipment and/or software.

If you know of anyone who has gotten a middle to high end system recently the software might with the unit.

Finally, (only if he has a legit license) duplicate him a copy. If he's just trying to install hardware send him the i386 directory.
