I want to rename my domain (NT Server 4.0) and change the computer name, as it has conflicts with other netwroks. How can I do this and still keep exchange running. When I tried to change the domain name in Network Properties, I rebooted and got the following errors:

1. Logon attempt with current password failed with the following error:
Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.
2. The Microsoft Exchange System Attendant service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not start due to a logon failure.
3. The Microsoft Exchange Directory service depends on the Microsoft Exchange System Attendant service which failed to start because of the following error:
The service did not start due to a logon failure.
4. The Microsoft Exchange Information Store service depends on the Microsoft Exchange Directory service which failed to start because of the following error:
The dependency service or group failed to start.
5. The Microsoft Exchange Message Transfer Agent service depends on the Microsoft Exchange Directory service which failed to start because of the following error:
The dependency service or group failed to start.

Is there a way I can rename the domain and change the computer name and still have exchange work. I'm running Windows NT Server 4.0 SP4 with Small Business Server 4.5 and Exchange Server 5.5. Can someone help me here?
