I need help in uninstalling a "ATI Brand" PCI card and installing ATI "Expert @ Play AGP card. I am also using a video capture card: Miro DC30+ and when I go to(Multimeia)-(Devices)-(Video Capture Device). . . It doesn't show a device installed. Is this O.K?
Thanks for any help you may have to offer!!

I should have added: My operating System is NT4.0 with Svc Pack 6a.
Motherboard: Asus P3VX4/533; RAM 128Mb.
