Removing name under Comment in Network Neighborhood

When you go into Network Neighborhood to browse the network and you go into a particualr domain, and click view & details from the menu bar, it shows you names under the Comment section....How do you remove those names??? Help Please!!

Server Manager. Double-click on the machine and check out "description".

Or if you are on the client go to Control Panel, click on the Server applet and in the box remove the comment.
