Removing 98 from a NT dual boot

I guess it would depend on which partition you had them if 98 is on the d partition
format 98 partition edit boot.ini to remove 98
if it is on the c partition it gets a bit trickier . . . and complicated, depends on what your skill level is

as TwoPoint remarks- it depends on quite how/where you have it installed.
Would be useful if you were to post back with HD details, partitions, formats, how eac OS is installed etc.; then proper advice can be offered?

I've done it this way and very simple but doesn't completely remove 98. Boot to NT, go into "C" and delete the "windows" folder (NOT the WINNT folder). Then go to control panel-system-system properties-advanced tab. Make NT the default startup system and change the time to select startup options to "0". You won't see 98 again. What's left in the registry will not do any harm.
