Is it possible to restrict\control the size of the tempory internet files folder remotely?

I'm constantly getting people coming to me complaining that it is taking their computer 10 minutes or so to log on, and when I check their roaming profile it's bloated with offline content, so takes an age to download from the server.

I use scriptlogic, and this allows me to run batch files\set registry keys, so if I could use that, it would be perfect.

in case anyone ese was searching for an answer, I checked the 'delete tempory inter files when internet explorer exits' box with the following reg key, inserted with a batch file.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\AdvancedOptions\CRYPTO\CACHE_FLUSH]
"RegPath"="SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Internet Settings\\Cache"
"Text"="Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed"
"PlugUIText"="@inetcplc.dll,-4750"
"Type"="checkbox"
"CheckedValue"=dword:00000000
"UncheckedValue"=dword:00000001
"ValueName"="Persistent"
"DefaultValue"=dword:00000000
"HKeyRoot"=dword:80000001
"HelpID"="iexplore.hlp#50293"
