Recycle bin error

I have a server that will not correctly empty the recycle bin.

On attempting to emty the bin the following error is shown

Cannot delete filename:Path Is Too Deep

Looking in the recycled folders there are no files there. Allthough the recycled folder is 95MB +

I have run chkdsk /f with no errors reported.

Perhaps you can't see the file because it's attribute is set to hidden - go to folder options and select show all files and see if you can see the filename in the recycle bin then. Path is too deep refers to a file that is more than 255 characters in length. Refer to MS Knowledge base article Q180410 for more information on the message "Path too deep"

Showall files is selected.
KB does not help.

Any other ideas?
