recovering the deleted files

Accidently I delete some files permanently form my system. I want to recover those file, those file are very important to me.
Please tell me full instructions.

go to recycle bin on your desktop. Highlite the files and right mouse click. Select restore.

wanderer, please reread what he wrote, what you're talking about you don't even know

*ruban, if you tape backups; then go and restore them from there; otherwise, no one can help you
