Recovering deleted files from the server

Does anyone know how to recover a deleted file from an NT server. I know how to do it in Novell but I'm a little lost on NT? It was lost from a group directory and it was just an MS Access database. Would really appreciate any help. Thanks

Unless you have a 3rd party package that stores deleted files when deleting from a NT server, you can't. There is no such "salvage" utility like with Novell. Your only option is to restore from backup.
Summary: I would like to write a program that would delete any .log files from a server that are over three months old, all by using VB Script. Could someone please help? I've never programmed with VB Script...
Summary: For some reason, there is one folder on the server that I cannot change of the files in. Files in the subdirectories can be deleted/changed, same withthe parent directory. But not this one directory...
