Recently I went to research "international adoptions" on my work computer and I was sent to a quasi-pornographic site about mail order brides from Colombia. Upon clicking on the disguised site many pop-up windows hit. I closed all the windows and did not download anything. From time to time my company will scan my computer for garbage as such. What is the best method for me to erase all internet history? I've cleared history and deleted my temporary internet files. I'd like to be certain that all evidence of such crap is off my computer...is there anything else I can do?

www.iolo.com download System Mechanic, run "ensure your privacy" program costs like 30 bucks but automates cleaning up your history, also if your going through a proxy server they can track your online activity through that and the only way to clear that is w/ admin rights to the net
