I have data saved on a floppy disc in the file system RAW. How is it possible to read the data under Windows. However I can also use Unix.

there is no such thing as a RAW file system. Raw means no file system and as such you can't save files to it. Perhapes you mean raw data? If yes then you would need the program you used to save the data to read the data.

Maybe it is RAW data, not file system. However my data are saved by a hardness tester (over 15 years old). It is the only way to transport to Windows - save on a floppy. But Windows does not see it. I would like to have the data and analyse them.

Find a disk/hex editor on the web. View the disk via the hex editor. At least you can see if the disk has data. You will still need the program to read the data since most/all of that software vintage saved in propriety format.
Can you see file(s) on the diskette? Or does windows want to format it? If you can see files great. If windows wants to format the disk then you have a dead/bad disk.
