I am in need of a utility or command that would allow me to format a 3.5" disk so that I could boot Windows NT 4.0, but in a command prompt mode with NTFS partiton access. Has anyone heard of anything like this? If so please e-mail me and give me the good word.

As you are no doubt aware, what you are asking for is a utility that will bypass all NT security and give you access to all data stored on any machine!
The good news is, it does exist...the bad news is, it is not free!
the free version allows you to browse only...but you have to pay if you want to change things or download things.
email me and I will send you the details

Hello,
I have just experienced a problem with NTFS partitions and need to access the operating system to edit the MBR.
How can I get a copy of this utility and how much does it cost? Could you please forward me more information on this?
Thank You!
QB
