Hi. I'm currently using a router to connect to the internet and share internet access among several PC's. One of those computers (a laptop that runs Windows NT 4) is for my work and it uses a proxy for the internet. This is what my work setup for me.

The problem is: I have to uncheck "Use proxy..." in Internet Options to use the internet at home with my router. If I leave it checked, the internet won't work. Also, the laptop connects to my router.

Is there any way I can configure so I don't have to uncheck the "use proxy" box when I access the internet at home? Is the router interfering? If so, what do I change on the router?

Yes, the proxy server is ok because I'm able to use it at work. Not at home though. I'm thinking my work has their routers configured to do something, maybe forward some ports or something. However, my home router is not configured that way, and I don't know how to allow it to use proxy connections with it.
