ProcessGovernor help MS Access?

why doesnt processgovenor help with ms access? i have a access 2.0 application and i'm trying to stop it from blocking everything else. but it doesnt appear in the list of running process.

U can't use ProcessGovernor with 16 bit processes. The web site ProcessGovernor says this at least. I think probably because you can't set the priority of a 16 bit process, at least in the task manager you can't.

(Try a newer version of Access)
