Problems with the video driver in Win NT 4.0

I'm with a problem to configure my video adapted on my Win NT 4.0. I have downloaded the drivers at www.trid.com , but in the readme file has a line ".. for PCI Adapters", and I'm using an AGP card. I don't know if this is the problem. I tried with the drivers from the CD (that came with the video adapter) but it doesn't work anyway. In the video settings always mark an VGA Compatible Adapter. Did anybody have a problem like this ? Thanks, Fernando. (Note: Please, send answers by email : caio.zaz@terra.com.br

Always make sure that you've loaded Service Pack 5.0 before you try to load ANY video drivers. A baseline install of NT will not allow most newer drivers to install. No matter how hard you try.

Andy is correct. When NT 4 was created there was no such thing as AGP, hence no AGP support. You will need at least service pack 3 on your system to get the drivers to work for an AGP card.
