Problem installing moden & printer drivers on WINNT 4.0

Hello all. I have been trying w/o success, to install the driver for my modem (US Robotics 56K Voice Win) and driver for my EPSON Stylus color 600 printer...

Now i believe my CD-ROM doesnt have driver for WinNT 4.0, in which case i need to get it from the web...but to do so i need to have my modem working (download driver is >2MB)...

in trying to install modem, i did the routine: go to CONTROL PANEL and click on MODEM, tell it not to detect, and have it select my .inf file from the CD-ROM...when the instillation complete, i still cant communicate w/ modem...(yes my modem works, for i use it with other HD, which runs Win98). i am thinking there is some technical procedure i need 2 follow to have WinNT recognize my modem...HELP HELP!!!
