If a user is having a problem with a network printer and is not aware of the location (path) of the print server on which the printer is how is it possible to get the exact loction of the printer on the network.

Act like you are going to install a new printer from control panel, you will get to the list of PC's with printers available, and scroll through this until you find it. Additionally you can 'ping' the printer by name if it has a network card in it, that will help.
