I have a problem with a network printer. It is installed in a server and configured as a network printer in several clients. So much in the server, since in several computers the result is satisfactory. Nevertheless I have two computers in which in spite of being able to install it correctly as network printer, at the moment of printing this mistake appears on the screen: " Print error. It could not be found the specified module ". In all the clients the operative system is Windows NT Workstation and there is IP conectivity; without network problems ... This only happens in two computers and I have not idea about the reason.
Do you know which module it refers to? Can you help me to solve this problem? The operating system is Windows NT
