Prevent users moving folders

We have an NT server, and on this we have a share. In this share, there are subfolders, one of these subfolders is a 'Jobs' subfolder which in turn holds a different folder for every single job the company works on. Users have a terrible habit of a)renaming, b)moving and c)deleting these folders. Is there any way I can prevent this while still allowing them full read/write/change access to the files within the folders? I have looked around and I can't see a way within NT, but is there a tool I can get which will suffice? Preferably one which has a downloadable trial, I'm reluctant to purchase without testing first! Thanks!

You should be able to accomplish this with permissions. Though, there are probably some tools that could help you do it easier, NT can do it itself.
What I would do is similar to how "home" directories work.
You have a root directory, that everyone only has "read" access to.
Then for each of the subdirectories, the directory itself you would give them to permission to create new files, and modify existing files, but not modify the folder itself.

I'll give that a test run.. Would they still be able to create sub-folders, though? I'll still need them to be able to do that. I don't ask for much, do I? ;)
