policy to set value for proxy

I'm recreating our NT4 policies but can't find the one to set the value for the proxy server. Can anyone give me it's name or point me to where I can download it from.

Can you say how?
I'm having problems with XPPro logging on to NT4 Server. LAN settings not coming across with mandatory profile. Any hints?
