Comment:

The PMEM service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.
What can I do? I want to stop the pop up window.

Thanks.

Do you use IBM WebSphere Homepage Builder 5.0? But now you have uninstalled it.

Either go into the Serivces list and disable PMEM Service, ot better yet go into the registry and delete the service entry (since it's gone anyway).

Check for a key branch under:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -
SYSTEM -
ControlSet001 -
Services
