On many occassions I and others have given some guidance/advice in response to peoples cries for help.
If you post a question/request for help and someone answers you would you please respond and let them know whether the advice worked or not, whether you found an answer yourself or somewhere else etc.
When you have given some suggestions it would be nice if they were aknowledged.

Excellent suggestion Maurice! Courtesy goes a long way to keep the supply of suggestions coming and to let us know how they worked out. It is always difficult to read what the actual problem is so feedback is important.
