Since there really isn't an appropriate forum for this question, ill post it here because i'm running photoshop on nt4 now. I originally installed it on w95 about three years ago, and frankly, never used it,as ive always preferred macs for that sort of thing.. Well i deleted the '95 partition quite some time ago and ran photoshop from nt recently, and of course i'd overlooked some dlls that i shoulda got out of the systenm directory... ive replaced all that give error messages,but i have one problem i camnt figure out,and thats that the 'save as 'dialog doesn't show any file formats other than the one the pic's actually in. Reinstalling from the disk isn't an option at this point , as i've done six moves since installing it, and things have disappeared in the interim.... anyone know what system file's responsible for file formats translation, so i can try to find it online? thanx muchly

if PS doesn't work then you're gonna have to find someone with a photoshop disk you can borrow. if you have PS running on another computer, you can just copy the whole installed folder from the program files folder and put it onto the NT box - it should run without a proper installation.

thanx, but that's not the least bit helpful, really, of course i dont have it on another computer, i only ever installed it on my main pc (well, on my mac too, but that disk is no use at all here). besides, ps works perfectly, except for that one prob........
