Try searching the support site for your laptop:

They should have info on how to get into the bios or how to reset the BIOS to erase any passwords.

Take the motherboard battery out then back in. This will reset everything back to factory defaults.

I don't think taking out the battery will work because there are Flash BIOS in those new laptops and it won't reset when you pull out the battery, i have opened the machine and won't find any BIOS on the motherboard. it may be builtin somewhere. The only way is to find a pheonix master bios password and please also tell me if you find one.

If you are the owner of the laptop then you should contact the company for more information, I am sure that they will know how to help you. If you stole the laptop and do not want the company to track you down then you should not be asking in any forum for help.
