I tried to setup peer-to-peer from winNT of my Co. LAN pc to win98 of my laptop. But in WinNT of LAN PC, I can not setup any driver, folders or files to share, I can not setup or change anything in Network Neighborhood. Is anyone know how I can setup peer-to-peer in WinNT of LAN PC

peer to peer networking with WinNT will require that you have user account of any user that will connect to the share in the WinNT. Once this is done, just right click on the folder and select share with the share perimission to which user you select.
Hope it helps.

The C share is actually C$, and is set up for administrators only to connect. You need to have admin rights on the box to create another share.
If you have them, then from the laptop, you should be able to do Start> Run> \\systemname\c$.
If you don't, try sharing the drive on the laptop, and pulling the files that way. NT to laptop, instead of laptop to NT.
Good luck, Chase
