PDC and BDC

I had 1 PDC and 1 BDC. I tried to install a brand new BDC under the same domain. Well, if the new BDC is up and running no one is able to connect! I have a message that says "Impossible to find domain controller". I've checked all the sharing point's rights for the replications and appear to be perfectly the same. No errors on event viewer. I am working then with the brand new server switched off, otherwise no one can work. What can I do?

Check you Server Manager on the PDC, it should recognize the new BDC and be able to access it. Near the end of the BDC installation did you log on to the domain as part of the setup. If not you did something wrong, to install a BDC the computer must be able to recognize and log on as a administrator to an available PDC. You will probably have to re-install the new BDC because it is not a member of your domains SAM database. Good Luck!
