PC Anywhere on NT server

Hi,
I'm trying to configure PC anywhere on my NT server - it works fine when dialling out of the server into my PC, but when I try and dial in the modem responds, starts handshake, and then cuts me off. I have tried writing modem events to the log, but no help here (doesn't say anything).
Some questions :
1) Do I need RAS installed to make PCA work? 2) I have tried both PC anywhere and NT security - anything else?
I am assuming that there is an issue somewhere with the authentication process, but seeing as there is no documentation available on this subject I am a bit lost.

Are the users dialing into PC Anywhere or the actual server. If the users are dialing into the server, the RAS service must be installed and configured.

Well, that's kind of the problem - I don't know. PC anywhere is installed as a host on the server and running as a service, so I assume it is over riding the server security, but as I do not understand the relationship between PCA and NT security I'm not entirely sure.

Ras has to be installed and the user has to be given the ras rights
