This pad.esi file is quite harmless. I myself Diskeeper on my workstation. That leaves pad.esi file after I have defragmented my harddisks.

Priv.edb became corrupt on our exchange server. I archived everybodies mailbox, then deleted the priv.edb file. On rebooting the computer, priv.edb re-appeared as a 1mb file. However, as the inboxes started to fill again, the priv.edb didn't grow. Instead pad.esi grows. Can anyone shed any light on this, as I am worried that this is only a temporary file that may screw up loosing vital e-mails in the company. Help!? Cheers Christoff
