Many users on my company network get this Dr. Watson error when closing out of Outlook: "An application error has occured and an application error log is being generated. OUTLOOK.exe"
They are all running NT 4.0 with recent service packs. The performance of Outlook does not appeared to be affected by this error, but I would like to get rid of it just the same. Does anyone know what might be causing this and how to remedy it?

Do you know how to get to Event Viewer?

See if an error message is being generated there, and, if so, find the error ID number.

Post it here in a reply to the same thread.
