Comment:

After installing Outlook Web Access, I found I could not access the Logon screen. It is supposed to be displayed once you direct your browser to "http://[doamin.com]/Exchange.

Does anyone have experience with this? I changed all the appropriate permissions for the IIS user file, and followed the instructions step-by-step. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Eric

Try and connect via the servers ip address rather than by name. ie : http://x.x.x.x/exchange

If this works then it is a name resolution problem.
