Outlook Web Access HELP!!!

After installing Outlook Web Access, I found I could not access the Logon screen. It is supposed to be displayed once you direct your browser to "http://[doamin.com]/Exchange.
Does anyone have experience with this? I changed all the appropriate permissions for the IIS user file, and followed the instructions step-by-step. Any help would be appreciated.
