outlook express upgrade

upgrading from outlook expres 4 to outlook express 5, I recieved a prompt to import messages from previous version, I said yes. During this process I recieved a message stating not enough disk space. as a result not all messages from outlook express 4 are available on the new version. How do I obtain access to these and how do I get them on the new version.

hi,
you may try it in this way. You should clear up some space on your harddisk. Then you have to unintall outlook express 5 and restore it to outlook express 4. Check if the previous messages all availabel. Finally, install the outlook express 5 again.
